The temperature plummets across the Scottish Highlands as winter bites, while the price of energy is soaring, making many shiver at the thought of the cost of heating their homes and workplaces.
Simon Kelman Plumbing & Heating can’t cut the price of gas, but we can help our customers in Inverness – and the surrounding area from Dingwall and Muir of Ord, to Nairn, Aviemore, Fortrose, Alness, Avoch and Drumnadrochit – weather the storm of high energy costs.
As accredited Worcester Bosch boiler installers in Inverness we are able to offer the very latest fuel-efficient A-rated models from this top British boiler manufacturer with affordable finance packages available for customers across the Highlands.
According to Worcester Bosch you could save up to £580 per year on your energy bills with one of their new boilers.
Heating and hot water are responsible for generating around 50% of a gas bill. An older boiler typically uses more gas than a new model because technology has improved rapidly in recent years. Wear and tear also decreases the efficiency of an older boiler, meaning it is working harder to produce the same amount of heat.
Old boilers are notorious for producing carbon emissions, so by installing a new boiler you are also reducing your carbon footprint, helping to heal our planet.
According to the Energy Saving Trust the average household is responsible for emitting a frightening 2,690kg of carbon dioxide from space heating and hot water over a year.
We at Simon Kelman Plumbing & Heating are committed to helping our customers in Inverness and the Highlands save money on heating bills and reduce carbon emissions.
The new Worcester Bosch boilers we install in Inverness are all A-rated, which means that they have been tested and found to meet the top ErP (Energy-related Products Directive) criteria for energy efficiency. In fact, an A-rated boiler is 92% efficient, meaning that 92% of the gas it uses is turned into heat.
Besides saving you money and cutting carbon emissions, upgrading your boiler can bring other benefits too such as:
We’ll supply and install a new gas boiler to suit your property and hot water needs – a Combi boiler, System boiler or Regular boiler – anywhere across the Highlands.
Dripping taps, toilet not flushing, drains blocked? We can attend all plumbing jobs, no matter what the size.
We can install complete heating systems or just replace your boiler. Any issues with your heating just give us a call.
We carry out annual boiler services on all makes of boilers including natural gas, LPG, gas or oil.
